As a companion to Alebrijes En San Jose, we’ve arranged to exhibit more than three dozen original, handmade alebrijes and nahuales in the ground floor Tower Lobby of San José City Hall, a few blocks from Plaza de César Chávez and an easy addition to your day. 

From August 12 to September 28, all eight of the artworks enlarged for Alebrijes En San José will be on view, before they journey to the next stop on their national tour. More than two dozen will remain, enriching your understanding of this beautiful art form and the range of its expression today.
