Throughout the run of the exhibition, San Jose Jazz and a variety of community partners will be holding free events for you to enjoy in and around the sculptures, including a Culture Fest on September 6 and a Closing Celebration on the exhibition’s final day. These events will be inspired by the vibrant traditions of Oaxaca, featuring music, dance, food, and art that celebrate its rich cultural heritage. In partnership with the City of San José’s Office of Racial and Social Equity, San Jose Jazz is also proud to celebrate Welcoming Week and expand the national campaign throughout September.
